Terms & Conditions: Sorn Fine Southern Cuisine
At Sorn, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional journey through the authentic flavors of Southern Thailand. To ensure the highest standards of service and culinary integrity, we kindly ask you to review our policies. Please note that by finalizing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Reservations are non-refundable, and we are unable to accommodate guests whose requirements do not align with the following conditions.
1. Reservation & Deposit Policy
Confirmation of Booking: All reservations are considered final upon confirmation. We are unable to accommodate requests for rescheduling or cancellations, and all deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Prepayment Credit: The deposit serves exclusively as a credit for the Tasting Menu. Please be advised that this credit is non-transferable and may not be applied toward beverages or other incidental charges, which will be billed separately.
2. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
To preserve the soul of Southern Thai cuisine, our recipes rely on specific traditional ingredients. As such, we have the following limitations:
• Vegetarian & Vegan: We do not offer a vegetarian or vegan menu as we are unable to cater to guests who do not consume meat.
• Core Ingredients: Our cuisine includes key ingredients such as coriander root, onion, garlic, peppercorns, shrimp paste, coconut, chili, and fish sauce. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate guests with allergies or intolerances to any of these core ingredients, as substitutions are not possible.
• Shellfish:We are unable to accommodate guests with any degree of shellfish allergy—even if limited to a single variety—or those who do not consume shellfish as our cuisine is primarily seafood-based.
3. Arrival & Punctuality
• Traffic Advisory: Given our location, we recommend allowing ample travel time. To maintain the flow of the dining experience, reservations will be voided for guests arriving more than 30 minutes past their scheduled time.
•Seating Policy: To ensure the smooth dining experience, service will commence only once all guests have arrived and are seated.
4. Parking & Transportation
• While on-site parking is limited, convenient parking is available at the Four Wings Hotel at a rate of 50 THB per hour.
• We are pleased to provide a complimentary round-trip shuttle service between the Four Wings Hotel and the restaurant for your comfort.
5. Corkage Policy
• Guests are welcome to bring a personal bottle of wine, provided that one additional bottle is purchased from our wine list for each bottle brought. Should you wish to enjoy multiple personal bottles, we kindly ask for a corresponding purchase from our list for each.
6. Table Assignments & Capacity
• Seating Limits: Due to our intimate setting, we are unable to increase the seating capacity of a reserved table or add extra guests upon arrival.
• Attendance: In the event that your party arrives withfewer guests than the original reservation, the menu will be served only to the guests present.
